The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and production of a large volume of projects, often under tight deadlines.
- Produce a wide variety of advertising and promotional material ranging from print ads, flyers and brochures to digital banners, paid media and social ads.
- Maintain ownership and responsibility of templated designs throughout the production of each project.
- Build and resize a high volume of static banners and 2D animations for digital platforms.
- Adapt agency created files and templates for in-house media plans.
- Ensure all final deliverables adhere to brand standards and production guidelines.
- Ensure smooth transitions between in-house design and outside suppliers and freelancers.
- Ability to make minor color adjustments and/or retouching to images in PhotoShop as necessary
- Respond to requests for logos and other Company design elements.
- Manage creative server including archiving of digital files and digital image resources in the DAM.
- Archive projects and assets ensuring naming and file structure conventions are followed
- Keep close communication with PMs to ensure all deliverables are on track.
- Produce maximum number of quality art files while optimizing efficiencies; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Research emerging best practices and new technology updates relating to digital practices.
- Create and maintain documentation on instructions, best practices, production guidelines, etc.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with media, creative, account managements teams as well as vendor partners as required.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions; partner with creative colleagues to develop design concepts and points of view early in the creative process.
- Heed guidance and constructive feedback from all members of the creative team.
- Assist in administrative marketing matters as it pertains to creative requirements.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CS including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; working knowledge of animation tools (AfterEffects, HTML), web design and functionality a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of style sheets, master pages, page templates, picture import and sizing, and mathematical positioning of elements using InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Dropbox and Google Drive.
- Proficiency on Mac platform (additional PC knowledge a plus).
- Experience using a DAM (Digital Asset Management system).
- Experience with project management tools (Workfront, Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of typography, photography, illustration, color and design (with an online portfolio to showcase samples).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, thorough attention to detail.
- Exceptional reliability, great attitude, trustworthiness, ability to problem-solve, a strong work ethic, and a high level of organizational skill.
- Creative thinking and solution oriented. Willing to learn new things and be forward-thinking in order to find implementation solutions to design requests.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years of relevant experience
- 2-3+ years of professional production or design experience in a creative or marketing agency.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CS; working knowledge of MS Office.
- A strong portfolio of digital and print work required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
