The Visual Designer creates engaging visuals that help customers understand and connect with KnowBe4 products. This position is integral to our content development team and directly influences how users experience our products. Within this role, the Visual Designer will create visual assets across multiple platforms in a timely and efficient manner while consistently maintaining quality standards and adhering to established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Creative Content Team with the creation, design, and development of professional and attractive content for customers. This includes but is not limited to academy content, knowledge-base tutorial videos, infographics, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Content Team to develop standard operating procedures that will streamline current and future processes.
  • Conceptualize creative ideas for new content through mockups, prototypes, and storyboards.
  • Create original multimedia assets and/or modify multimedia assets for academy content, explainer videos, landing pages, and templates.
  • Efficiently manage multiple design projects and meet project timelines, without sacrificing quality.
  • Transform complex product information into visually engaging educational content through videos, banners, icons, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, or a related field preferred but not required. 
  • Portfolio with examples of original illustrations or other graphics.
  • Minimum 2 years experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and InDesign).
  • Minimum 2 years with general design experience.
  • Certificate in graphic design or a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proven creativity with experience in visual/multimedia design (graphics, videos, etc.).
  • A keen eye for details and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Cloud applications or a software equivalent).
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
