THE OPPORTUNITY:
Brisk Teaching is seeking experienced Professional Learning Contractors to support our back-to-school efforts during the critical August–October ramp-up period. As schools and districts launch the new academic year with Brisk's AI-powered instructional support tool, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring educators get off to a strong start. You'll design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that reflect best practices in adult learning, helping educators build confidence, competence, and excitement about using Brisk from day one. This is a flexible, high-impact engagement where your work directly shapes how thousands of educators experience Brisk during the most important season of the school year. You'll collaborate with our Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate our AI-powered vision into real-world classroom impact.

CONTRACT DETAILS:
  • Duration: Approximately June 1- October 1 with potential to extend based on demand
  • Time Commitment: 20-40 Hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with travel to school/district sites as needed for in-person sessions

YOU WILL:
  • Deliver Back-to-School Training: Facilitate engaging professional development sessions — both in-person and virtually — for K-12 educators and instructional leaders launching Brisk for the new school year.
  • Adapt Existing Content: Customize and refine existing Brisk PD materials to adapt to new product updates and to meet the specific needs of different school and district contexts during back-to-school rollout.
  • Support High-Volume Onboarding: Help meet elevated demand during peak season by leading multiple sessions per week across districts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to ensure educators have a seamless launch experience.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect participant feedback to inform real-time improvements to training delivery and content.

YOU HAVE:
  • 3+ years of experience designing and delivering professional development for educators, with demonstrated success in both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience working directly with K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, or school leaders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Comfort with educational technology and enthusiasm for AI's role in supporting instruction.
  • Availability and flexibility to take on a high volume of sessions during the August–September peak.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage in a fast-paced, contract environment.

BONUS:
  • Experience supporting back-to-school launches or onboarding efforts at an edtech company.
  • Familiarity with Brisk Teaching or similar AI-powered instructional tools.
  • Experience using CRM or project management tools
