  • Facilitate virtual and in-person professional learning sessions for educators, school leaders, and district teams aligned with Kiddom’s mission, solutions, and best practices in adult learning.
  • Utilize Kiddom Professional Learning provided resources and materials during all facilitation to ensure a consistent, high-quality professional learning experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Kiddom’s solutions and their applications in varied educational contexts.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to confirm session schedules, send timely reminders, and follow up after each session with resources and feedback collection.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of session attendance and key takeaways to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Support operational processes by adhering to scheduling requirements, managing session logistics, and promptly reporting any issues or concerns.

What we're looking for...
  • Experience: 3+ years in education, professional learning facilitation, instructional design, or related roles.
  • Facilitation skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging, interactive sessions for adult learners using standardized materials (virtual and in-person).
  • Curriculum expertise: OpenSciEd or similar phenomenon-based, NGSS-aligned science storylines. 
  • Flexibility: Availability to deliver sessions on a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Technology proficiency: Comfort with webinar platforms, collaboration tools, and learning management systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Possession of reliable personal technology, including: A high-performance laptop/computer, Webcam and microphone for virtual sessions, Stable internet connection

Hourly compensation range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
