The Professional Learning Solutions Manager, STEM supports Imagine Learning's regional professional learning strategy by managing a team of Pro Renata (PRN) Professional Learning Specialists who deliver implementation support and professional development for Imagine Learning's curricula within the subject area of STEM. This position plays a key role in executing revenue goals, managing part-time staffing operations, and maintaining service quality standards across regional professional learning initiatives. The Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching a high-performing team of Regional and Local PRN specialists who provide professional learning throughout the customer implementation lifecycle. The Manager ensures that professional learning services drive effective implementation, increased product usage, enhanced educator satisfaction, and customer retention within their regional scope. This position requires operational leadership and subject matter expertise, including oversight of contractor relationships, performance management, and systems that support team efficiency. The Manager is accountable to deliver exceptional implementation support through a well-trained team of part-time professionals while maintaining alignment with budget expectations and strategic priorities established by their Professional Learning Solutions Director.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Professional Learning Solutions Director.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $81,701 and $92,025 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
Travel: You can expect up to approximately 25% travel during the off-season, increasing to 40–60% during peak season (typically 2–3 nights per week). For major events (such as Philadelphia), travel may increase to 4–5 days per week. Be sure you have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with the Professional Learning Solutions Director to execute team strategies and support regional objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop PRNs to build a high-performing, knowledgeable, and motivated part-time team.
- Oversee the delivery of professional learning sessions by PRN team members, ensuring high quality, relevance, and alignment with customer goals.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to support PRN team growth and service effectiveness.
- Coordinate PRN assignments and schedules across regional and local territories to meet customer needs and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor team performance data and customer feedback to identify trends and coaching opportunities.
- Support Account Executives and Customer Success teams by ensuring PRN readiness for professional learning initiatives with new and current customers.
- Ensure PRN team adherence to communication protocols and service delivery standards for consistency and professionalism.
- Share knowledge, strategies, and best practices relevant to education with PRN team members.
- Maintain certification in designated product areas and deliver sessions as needed to support team capacity.
- Stay current with trends and research in designated subject area—particularly problem-based learning—and train PRN team accordingly.
- Manage PRN contractor budgets and costs within assigned regional parameters while maintaining service quality.

Share Your Expertise.
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Mathematics, or Science is required; a Master’s degree in Elementary Education, Mathematics, Science, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred; and at least 5 years’ educational experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or coaching roles; and at least 3 years of teaching experience in mathematics —demonstrating effectiveness in instructional practice or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of teaching experience in applicable subject area with demonstrated effectiveness in instructional practice.
- 3 years demonstrated success delivering professional learning related to applicable subject areas and supporting curriculum implementation.
- Deep background in STEM content and pedagogy, enabling effective quality assurance and team development.
- At least 3 years experience coaching educators on the implementation of Math curriculum.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with problem-based learning.
- Experience in instructional coaching, mentoring others, and managing performance in an educational environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering professional learning related to applicable subject areas and supporting curriculum implementation.
- Understanding of effective technology integration in instruction.
- Familiarity with current best practices in pedagogy within specified subject areas.
- Experience working with educators and school-based teams to support implementations.
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and contractor relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and coach a collaborative, high-performing team of part-time professionals.
- Experience supporting customer-facing activities and understanding of educational sales processes (preferred).
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel regionally (overnight travel expected).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, and cloud-based technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking (preferred.
- Ability to provide current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 7 days.
- Must have an acceptable driving record.
