We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our users. We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Operations Associate to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer care.

About the Role:
As a Training Specialist, you will work directly with the thousands of dental clinics using AirPay software. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, effective training sessions that help our customers maximize the value of our software. You’ll collaborate with our Customer Success team to create and deliver training across product features & customized to specific customer workflows within revenue cycle. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.

This is an in-person role based out of our New York City office, with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver virtual training sessions for new and existing customers
  • Collaborate with customer success to understand value drivers for the customer, specific workflow needs, and to customize training as needed
  • Customize training content to suit different customer segments, workflows, and use cases
  • Tailor learning experiences for users with varying degrees of tech savvyness and to maximize effectiveness
  • Track and report training metrics, including attendance, engagement, and knowledge retention, to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding of new customers through structured training programs
  • Collect feedback from training participants and use it to improve future sessions
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to stay updated on product changes
  • Contribute to the development of scalable training programs (e.g., webinars, LMS, self-paced courses)

Requirements
  • 3-5 years in customer training, software education, or a related role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
  • Experience creating self-serve training content such as knowledge base articles, videos, or eLearning modules
  • Adaptability and self-motivation; desire to work in a startup environment where roles may shift and we may encounter new and unfamiliar situations
