| Primary Purpose | The Program and Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and programmatic support for the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Pacific. This position oversees enrollment and registration processes, supports programming delivery (in-seat and distance education), manages office operations, ensuring smooth operational workflows and serves as a primary point of contact for instructors and members. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service excellence and enjoys working in a member-focused educational environment. Will have an acute knowledge of Benerd College and University of the Pacific policies, procedures and processes. The essential functions listed below identify duties generally assigned to this position. The incumbent may perform many, but not all, of the listed duties, and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business need. This is a 12-month position, 37.5 hours per week. |

This is an in-person role, and the successful candidate must be willing to relocate within California, preferably within 25 miles of the Stockton Pacific campus. Duties require constant sitting and repetitive motion while using computer keyboard and phone. Frequent walking, standing and simple grasping. Occasional climbing stairs, walking across campus, stooping and reaching. Constant communication using both spoken and written means. May be required to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Work Environment/Work Week/Travel: Work performed during standard business hours. |
| Hiring Range | $18.99 - $23.74 per hour. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
