Job Summary
The Program Coordinator is a key administrative professional responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). This role supports the Center Director, Associate Directors, and affiliated faculty, ensuring the smooth implementation of program goals through effective operations, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

The Program Coordinator assists with monitoring program budgets, preparing reports, and evaluating program effectiveness. Serving as a primary point of contact for faculty and graduate students, they provide accurate information, respond to inquiries, and make appropriate referrals. They manage the CTL email inbox and webinar chats, addressing basic questions or directing communications to the appropriate person.

In addition, this role supervises CTL interns and student workers, guiding projects such as website updates and program administration (e.g., SWG).

Minimum Education and Experience  | Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience  | Preferred Education and Experience Strong critical thinking and clear, concise writing skills. Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Openness to exploring and adopting new technologies and approaches in higher education, including generative AI and productivity tools such as Trello and Airtable.

Data Management – Maintain accurate records and databases; collect and analyze program data; prepare reports to support decision-making.
