Full-time, 12-month permanent EHRA Non-Faculty position requiring occasional evening and non-standard hours.
Requires a relevant post-Baccalaureate degree or a Bachelor's with at least 1 year relevant experience.
Preferred Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field with 1-5 years relevant experience.
Experience with program development, evaluation, and working with diverse student populations including first-generation and minoritized students.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to manage student needs and expectations.
