Job Summary  | The Program Coordinator II for the Texas Local Technical Assistance (TxLTAP) program provides professional and administrative coordination for assigned ongoing responsibilities and special projects. Maintains effective relationships and frequent communication with management, clients, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure the achievement of TxLTAP goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  | Develop and produce reports, tools, processes and resources as requested and required to ensure successful implementation and management of the TxLTAP. Assist in the daily management of TxLTAP to include class scheduling, inventory management, and acting as the first line of communication. Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries from all internal and external instructors, clients, and participants. Update database systems to accurately document program related data. Monitor database and TxLTAP website daily to ensure accuracy and recommend updates. Assist with marketing efforts to promote TxLTAP. Develop and manage TxLTAP contact lists and associated accounts. Provide support to other Public Works Institute programs as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree. Three (3) years of experience or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.
Preferred Qualifications  | Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a Master’s with one (1) year of experience. Five (5) years of related experience managing complex organizations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  | Self-starter, with an interest in innovation. Excellent administrative and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Familiarity with common social media methods. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
