Job Summary  | The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.

HDI is seeking to fill a Program Director Assistant position. This position supports institute programs and project teams in delivering accessible, disability-related projects and trainings through a combination of in-person and online activities.

The responsibilities of the position include:

Provides routine support for projects and trainings by assisting with preparation of materials, resources, and spaces to support accessible delivery in in‑person and online settings. Supports day‑to‑day operations by assisting with building readiness, materials management, and coordination of project‑related needs following established procedures. Assists staff and participants with project and training activities by providing basic support with standard tools, equipment, and online platforms and communicating issues for follow‑up. Performs assigned project, operational, and technical support tasks under direction to support effective delivery of departmental activities in in‑person, remote, and hybrid environments.

This position is designated as hybrid but requires some work-related travel to HDI’s campus location to complete in-person functions.
