McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager leads a cross-functional team to effectively and efficiently deliver high-quality Evergreen products across a portfolio. Ensuring transparency of project status from planning through development and delivery, the Program Manager oversees timelines, budgets and resources. A driving force behind collaboration, the Program Manager will look for innovative solutions and provide coaching to promote continuous improvement while remaining aligned to the overall vision.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
What you will be doing:

- Facilitate project meetings, remove roadblocks, and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and performance using data-driven dashboards, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with consistent, transparent communication that promotes continuous improvement and successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.
- Leverage and champion AI-powered tools and workflows within the team, staying current on emerging capabilities and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- Champion change initiatives by coaching and supporting team members through transitions, fostering adaptability and alignment across the organization.
- Contribute to the evolution of project management standards and best practices.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or the ability to obtain PMP certification within one year of hire.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum experience and Agile certifications such as DASM, CSM, or PSM preferred) and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Ability to travel 3-4 times annually.

The pay range for this position is between $62,000 - $87,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
