  • Work closely with enrollment management staff, academic advisors, and deans to align academic programs and procedures.
  • Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years experience in admissions or recruiting, strong interpersonal and public speaking skills, valid driver's license, and willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel.
  • Preferred knowledge includes CRM systems (Slate by Technolutions), Transferology®, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Compensation range is $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
