| Job Description Summary: | Enrollment and Student Success (ESS) is a mission-driven organization providing a cohesive experience throughout all phases of the student lifecycle, from the admissions and enrollment process through graduation and beyond, by supporting a connected, comprehensive, and student-centered approach to the student experience. ESS includes the offices of undergraduate admissions, graduate enrollment, career services, student financial assistance, student success, student experience, student services, systems, and analytics. The ESS is committed to a student-first mentality, utilizing a data-driven approach to continuous assessment and improvement across the organization. Most importantly, our goal is to ensure an outstanding experience for students. As part of the Office of Student Success, the Program Manager for Academic Success & Retention Programs plays a critical role in contributing to a university-wide commitment to improving overall retention rates and graduate rates at the George Washington University. Reporting to the Director for Academic Success & Retention Programs, this role will partner with members of the OSS leadership team to develop and implement a cohesive approach to strengthen retention and graduation rates and improve the student experience for undergraduate students. Specific duties include the following: Outreach & Intervention:
Collaborative Programming for Orientation, First Year Experience Courses, Scholar Cohorts, and General UG student population:

| Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 2 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
