Program Manager, AI Institute Full Description

Position Summary:

The Program Manager will manage and enhance the operational efficiency of the AI Institute's educational initiatives and partner programs. This person will be responsible for all AI educational activities—including workshops, events, and special initiatives—while serving as a key ambassador to NYU schools to develop and implement innovative, AI-driven curricula. Manage internal and external partner relationships, develop partner events, lead program execution, oversee data and content workflows, and foster strong faculty collaborations.

Qualifications:

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, and related fields

Required Experience:
5+ years relevant work experience in administration, including education, management, and events planning or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Attention to detail, the ability to prioritize numerous tasks, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to act autonomously and exercise good judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Adobe and Excel and social media platforms and ease of learning other software applications is required.

Additional Information:

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
