Highlights

Coordinate with senior technical leadership to maintain technical fidelity and integrate lab teams into federal program workstreams.
Serve as primary customer-facing lead, maintaining trusted relationships with government sponsors and facilitating reviews and status updates.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including managing contract modifications, funding actions, and financial forecasting.
Support Business Development and Capture activities by providing staffing plans, execution strategies, schedules, and past performance documentation.
Provide team leadership and mentorship to ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement across projects.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, and 7 years managing U.S. government contracting programs or projects.
Proficiency in project control tools such as MS Project or Primavera is required.
Salary range is $118,590 to $237,190 annually.
