We are seeking a Program Manager, Educator Preparation and Workforce Readiness to support the development and operations for workforce readiness, professional learning, and test preparation products for P-12 educators. Under the Praxis product line, these programs will provide innovative, research-backed tools that measure and strengthen candidate preparation and effectiveness beyond traditional content knowledge assessments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (assessment developers, psychometricians, product managers, UX/UI designers, AI and software engineers, external vendors) to develop, test, and deliver new or enhanced products. supporting workforce readiness, educator ethics, and test preparation.
- Define and document requirements, ensuring alignment with client and market needs and organizational goals.
- Ensure that products are aligned with test content, constructs, or standards and support best practices in instructional design and learning sciences.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies and support sales.
- Evaluate user feedback, market trends, and data analytics to drive continuous product enhancement and innovation.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, administration, client onboarding, technical delivery, and client and customer support for the programs.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, progress, risks, and communications.
- Coordinate development of technical reports, training, and documentation in support of the products.

Experience and Skills
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Strong project management, leadership, analytical, and communications skills.
- Experience with or passion for developing products that leverage AI, chatbots, avatars, and LLMs a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Education, Measurement, Business, Communications.
- 3+ years of experience developing or managing educator assessments, workforce solutions, test preparation, or professional learning products.
- Prior experience as a K-12 teacher, school leader, or educator preparation program faculty a plus.
