  • Plan and execute recruitment, admitted student, alumni, and donor-focused high-visibility events with vendor coordination and hospitality management.
  • Produce branded marketing materials and steward recruitment and engagement data, generating reports and dashboards for leadership and foundation stakeholders.
  • Required skills include project management, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar), stakeholder relations, and data management.
  • Qualifications require a bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least three years of experience in higher education or comparable organizations, with preferred candidates having a master's degree and five or more years' experience.
  • Salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, with a full-time (100%) appointment and a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including some evenings and weekends.
  • The position is classified as exempt and reports to the Office of the Chancellor within the Scott Scholars department.
