Job Summary
The Monuments Workshop at the University of Kentucky [“Workshop”] seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with the ability to engage in strategic thinking and to manage interdisciplinary activities as Program Manager. The Program Manager for the Workshop will be responsible for daily operations and project management, which includes working with faculty and college business staff to ensure compliance with the policy requirements of external sponsors and the University of Kentucky. The Program Manager will also serve as the supervisor of record for student research assistants and assist legal and research staff with the organization and documentation of documents and communications related to Workshop sites and cases. Finally, the Program Manager will coordinate logistics for all Workshop events, including annual symposiums and biennial conferences.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Office 365, Project management software, legal case management software, such as Clio, preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters Degree is preferred. Experience in grant management and non-profit administration. Extensive project management experience preferred.
