Job Summary
The Center for Student Success in the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment (M-G CAFE) is seeking a Program Manager Senior for the Martin-Gatton Student Leadership Academy. The Martin-Gatton Student Leadership Academy is dedicated to equipping M-G CAFE students with the leadership skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to excel in their chosen professions and create meaningful impact through personalized mentorship, career development opportunities, and dynamic extracurricular and co-curricular programs that promote confident, ethical leadership and lifelong success. This position will help lead, coordinate, communicate, and strategically plan and develop student leadership focused programming for faculty, instructional staff, and students. This position will also facilitate the development and delivery of curricular and co-curricular experiences such as service-learning projects, workshops, and experiential learning activities that foster the development of leadership competencies. Additionally, this position will be responsible for assessment of student leadership programs and providing administrative and operational support. Performs other duties as assigned.
