Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will serve special and complex multi-party projects and grant initiatives for UK Innovate on behalf of UK, including for NSF Engine GAME Change, which is a program funded by the NSF Regional Innovation Engines program, and UK Healthcare Innovation, a newly launched healthcare innovation initiative.


The Senior Project Manager will assist in the day-to-day running of the NSF Engine GAME Change program overall and the UK component of the project as lead, as well as the day-to-day project management duties related to UK Innovate’s current and new strategic program offerings, including:

  • managing projects as assigned for the various programs, committees, working groups, and councils, including accountability, deliverables, timeline, and data/organizational support;
  • supporting achievement of milestones, evaluation, and data collection for metrics, including maintenance and upkeep of pipelines and dashboards;
  • developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and collaborators;
  • supporting program development efforts as-needed;
  • planning events and meetings as-needed including budgeting and reporting support; and
  • proposal development support including information solicitation, and other organizational and process improvement needs.
The Senior Project Manager will report to the AVPR for UK Innovate and Principal Investigator, and work closely with the other NSF GAME Change and relevant program stakeholders, leadership and staff, including other UK Innovate and Office of Sponsored Programs Administration (OSPA) staff.
