Job/Department Summary
Working independently under general supervision, the Program Operations & Registration Administrative Support Coordinator provides customer service, registration, program operations, and administrative support for Professional & Continuing Education (PCE) programs, ensuring efficient operations and a high-quality experience for students, faculty, staff, and program partners.
Day-to-day work involves a broad range of moderately complex registration, enrollment, and program operations activities requiring proficiency with university technology systems, the ability to interpret and apply university policies and procedures, and sound judgment in resolving issues and supporting diverse academic and professional programs. The position provides operational support to PCE program coordinators and management, coordinates multiple priorities and projects, collaborates with individuals at all organizational levels, and is evaluated on overall results while exercising considerable independence in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
This position demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, embraces diversity and inclusiveness, and communicates respect and professionalism to all PCE audiences to support PCE’s mission to develop and deliver exceptional educational programs and services.
Required Education and Experience
This position requires fully functional knowledge of and skill in standard office procedures and practices, as well as an ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures. These qualifications, and those listed above, would normally be obtained through completion of a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with three years of related office work experience.

CSU Classification Salary Range
$48,564 (Step 1) - $70,752 (Step 20) per year.
