Job Description | The Program Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, fiscal, and evaluation support for the federally funded Student Support Services (SSS) TRIO program. This position supports program operations by assisting with service coordination, data collection and reporting, budget tracking, and program- and personnel-related processes. The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring program compliance with U.S. Department of Education regulations and in supporting the effective delivery of services to eligible participants, with an emphasis on technology utilization, data integrity, and project coordination.
Reporting directly to the Student Support Services Director, the Program Services Coordinator plans, organizes, and supports the daily operations of the SSS office. This position contributes to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures that support strategic planning, grant objectives, and annual performance reporting. The role is based in a high-traffic student service environment and requires a proactive, adaptable, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while supporting program accountability, efficiency, and student success.
This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon the availability of grant funding. The current grant cycle is funded through August 31, 2030, with the expectation of competing for renewal.

Salary Range | $33,200-$42,500 - Salary is commensurate with education and experience
Required Qualifications
Education | Bachelor’s degree
Experience | Experience providing administrative, operational, or program support/coordination roles. Demonstrated ability to collect, maintain, and organize data with attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database or data-tracking systems.

Experience | Experience working with grant-funded initiatives, budget oversight, evaluation, and Banner system experience. Experience with AI. Experience supporting strategic planning, process improvement, or office operations. Demonstrated ability to use technology to improve efficiency, organization, and reporting.
