The University is hiring a Program/Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational coordination for the Applied Learning Experience (ALE) university-wide initiative. The role manages course designation workflows, funding applications, facilitates faculty and stakeholder communication, and supports program data analysis and reporting to improve applied learning programs.

Manage ALE course designation processes and funding application workflow.
Serve as primary liaison for faculty, staff, and campus stakeholders.
Design and maintain database access and analysis for applied learning courses.
Coordinate logistics for faculty workshops, informational sessions, and meetings.
Analyze assessment data and propose program improvements to the Executive Director.
Requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and four years of relevant experience, with a valid Driver's License.
Preferred knowledge includes higher education administration, faculty governance, and applied learning pedagogy.
Salary range: $45,000 to $65,423 annually ($20.30 to $31.45 hourly).
Supports university-wide research and evaluation through data handling and reporting.
Participation in service activities and committee work at multiple levels within the university.
