Project Coordinator Full Description

Job Summary
Program Management and Organizational Effectiveness (PMOE) seeks a full-time, 100% remote, skilled Project Coordinator who is highly motivated, very organized, can work independently, and is an excellent problem solver and team player. The Project Coordinator will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, has outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and has a mastery of all Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Teams. The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support for all projects managed by PMOE.
Essential Functions
  • Provide administrative support to all projects managed by PMOE, including scheduling meetings, compiling meeting agendas and materials, writing meeting minutes/notes, and maintaining Microsoft Teams site access and materials.
  • Assist PMOE with project management and planning, as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. (Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information.)
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative professional experience (i.e. administrative or project assistant, office manager, program coordinator), including:
    • Expertise with Microsoft Planner Premium.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Proficient computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience providing outstanding and respectful customer service.
  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.

This position is classified as Exempt, grade I. Compensation for this grade ranges from $41,120.00 to $61,680.00 per year.
