We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of key AI projects and initiatives at EdPlus. This position plays a critical role in coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and effective project delivery.
Every day you'll make a difference in the lives of others by working closely with Project and Product Managers to monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will be a strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and relationship-builder, capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate and support project activities to ensure alignment with timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project tracking systems.
Support Project Managers in overseeing task progress and ensuring project timelines remain current.
Identify potential obstacles and assist in resolving issues to keep projects moving forward.
Provide regular status updates and reports to team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and project dashboards using relevant project management tools.
Foster and maintain effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Support efforts to manage project scope and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and how they apply to projects.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and stay focused when priorities shift.
Evidence of familiarity with project management tools and software.
Experience helping to coordinate technology or IT-related projects.
Evidence of exposure to Agile ways of working, including Scrum.
Experience using Jira is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
$52,000 - $58,000 per year; DOE
