  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and at least seven years of project management experience as an owner’s representative.

  • Experience with healthcare, research, or higher education projects and travel to multiple Rutgers campuses are required.

  • Salary range from $105,763 to $161,814 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement, and education benefits.
