Business Technology Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional enterprise projects. This role focuses on driving delivery, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring successful outcomes across diverse teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic awareness with hands-on execution skills and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a fixed-term role expected to run for six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables using Adobe Workfront.
- Coordinate and collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate structured, outcomeâdriven sessions with stakeholders from across the enterprise.
- Own endâtoâend delivery of technology initiatives impacting downstream integrations.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Apply and uphold organizational project management standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple interconnected initiatives/workstreams simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
- Waterfall experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
