Job Summary
As a Project Manager in the Office of Enrollment Management Strategic Communications and Initiatives, you will play a central role in delivering Purdue’s student recruitment and enrollment strategy while supporting campus-wide communications. In this position, you will oversee the execution, sequencing, and delivery of high‑volume recruitment communications across Enrollment Management, with a primary emphasis on Admissions and college partners.
You will guide projects from intake through final delivery by maintaining the send calendar, managing timelines and resources, and proactively addressing production bottlenecks. Working closely with directors, strategists, campus stakeholders, and internal communications team members, you will ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with Enrollment Management priorities. This role is rooted in operational excellence, demanding strong attention to detail, clear workload visibility, and disciplined timeline management in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with two days per week expected on campus.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $56,000 to $60,000. The final salary offer will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, available budget, and relevant experience.

Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Two to three (2-3) years of project management, communications operations, or related administrative experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume workflow with attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and adjust timelines as needed

What is helpful:
- Experience working in higher education or Enrollment Management environments
- Experience working with creative teams, communications plans, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall)
