We are seeking an energetic Project Manager IT ready to take on big challenges and make an impact on our Project Management team. Every day you'll make a difference in the lives of others by driving projects from kickoff to completion. You will bring teams together, maintain clear communications, and ensure results are delivered on time and on target. We need someone who can remove roadblocks, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and manage project teams through complete task definitions and work requirement identification and assignments.

  • Work closely and collaboratively with the project team and key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and outcomes.

  • Establish and continually monitor/manage project expectations with the team; assign tasks and identify issues for resolution to ensure team effectiveness; escalate issues when appropriate

  • Prepare and maintain all project status reports and schedules; track milestones/deliverables, issues, and dependencies; re-set expectations as needed in consideration of project progress/outcomes.

  • Respond to all inquiries regarding project status; prepare status reports and project communications for stakeholders.

  • Lead, support, and guide project team members including internal and external members to ensure the project's success.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships that are essential for achieving project goals.

  • Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Run Agile/Scrum to deliver results across the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare all post-project reports and summaries/ to ensure timely dissemination of information to all interested parties.

  • Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Experience facilitating and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated skill at engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

  • Evidence of excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Evidence of PM certifications such as PMP and/or Scrum.

  • Experience with Atlassian/Jira a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with clarity and purpose.
