Amplify is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead all project aspects, ensuring Amplify’s Sales Operations and revenue Operations teams are supported and projects are delivered successfully. This person will collaborate with team members across the organization to define project scope, document requirements, capture risk and change management, produce project artifacts, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
This role collaborates closely with the Sales team and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes supporting strategic business objectives. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a mindset focused on data and efficiency are essential for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Run small-medium projects or elements of larger-scale projects with direction/mentorship. 
  • Enforcing PMO documentation standards while deepening cross-departmental relationships.
  • Build and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, documentation, communication templates, etc., with excellent attention to detail
  • Drive initiatives forward.
  • Collaborate across the organization to define project scope, complete project deliverables, and manage deadlines
  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are successfully completed and satisfactory to superiors.
  • Develop tactical solutions to problems with little direction.
  • Clearly communicate project status and rationale to the team and occasionally to stakeholders.
  • Actively listen, give, and receive constructive feedback. Facilitate and drive discussions during work sessions.
  • Tailor information for audiences and confidently communicate decision-making rationale to team members.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Awareness of project management methodology and ability to apply it as a framework for approaching work.
  • Contribute to multiple launched projects, of various scopes.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing complex projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets, Trello) 
  • Track record of successfully prioritizing work and delivering high-quality projects on time in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CAPM or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in the education technology field
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to key stakeholders
  • Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce preferred)

What we offer:

The gross annualized salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
