Job Description:
The Project Manager, Systems Implementation, reporting to the Director of Strategic Support and Resource Development, supports the J. Orin Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute (Edson E+I) by developing consistent, replicable systems that enable Program Managers to implement and sustain programs effectively. The role centers on documenting processes, organizing resources, and aligning programs with E+I's technology platforms to ensure clarity, continuity, and scalability across initiatives.
This is a part-time, short-term position with an anticipated end date of May 2026. The role is supported in whole or in part by grants or philanthropic funding and may be contingent upon the continued availability of funding.
Essential Duties:
- Plans, develops, and manages projects to package E+I programs into structured, repeatable models.
- Works collaboratively with program leads and stakeholders to define scope, strategy, and outcomes.
- Catalogs, organizes, and documents program components into clear playbooks, processes, and resources.
- Integrates programs into E+I's technology stack (Airtable, Bluebird, WorldLabs, marketing tools) and develops standardized onboarding materials.
- Establishes and monitors project expectations; tracks progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepares reports, communicates status updates, and ensures continuity of program operations.
- Manages and supports project teams, engages stakeholders, and fosters collaboration to achieve success.

- Proven ability to lead high-profile convenings and build cross-sector partnerships to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Experience developing strategies and technical specifications for projects.
- Ability to manage complex technology projects.
- Ability to clarify roles and responsibilities to ensure understanding of expectations; takes action to mitigate conflict.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of standard project management and change management practices.

- A fast-paced entrepreneurial team that requires someone who can execute work independently while strategically collaborating with a diverse team.
- Work duties are performed in diverse settings, including ASU SkySong (Scottsdale), various event/program locations, and a remote work environment.
- Regular activities require the ability to quickly change priorities.
- Regular communication to perform essential duties.
