  • Oversee and support a hub-based team providing mentoring and evaluation to teachers in nonpublic settings holding or eligible for a NC Birth through Kindergarten license.
  • Ensure consistent procedures and clear communication across state and hub offices, mentors, evaluators, and partners.
  • Provide direct mentoring and/or evaluation services to lead teachers.
  • Must have a Master's degree in education focused on early childhood or related fields, with experience in quality and educational research.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood at local, regional, or state levels.
  • Required to hold NC Birth through Kindergarten Continuing (SPII) Licensure.
  • Proficiency with the EES Office Framework and NC Department of Public Instruction systems is preferred.
  • Strong skills in communication, adult learning theory, coaching, partnership building, and use of technology.
  • Position is full-time, time-limited (11 months per year) with a salary range of $55,000 to $56,878.
