Highlights

Lead development of inter-rater reliability studies and calibration efforts for mentor and evaluator services.
Oversee and support a hub-based team providing mentoring and evaluation to teachers in nonpublic settings holding or eligible for a NC Birth through Kindergarten license.
Ensure consistent procedures and clear communication across state and hub offices, mentors, evaluators, and partners.
Provide direct mentoring and/or evaluation services to lead teachers.
Must have a Master's degree in education focused on early childhood or related fields, with experience in quality and educational research.
Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood at local, regional, or state levels.
Required to hold NC Birth through Kindergarten Continuing (SPII) Licensure.
Proficiency with the EES Office Framework and NC Department of Public Instruction systems is preferred.
Strong skills in communication, adult learning theory, coaching, partnership building, and use of technology.
Position is full-time, time-limited (11 months per year) with a salary range of $55,000 to $56,878.
