Job Description

Job Title: Quality Management Analyst 
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office  

*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.  

Starting Salary: $22.11 - $24.32 (Salary commensurate with experience) 

Are you inquisitive, analytical, and passionate about improving software quality? Skyward is seeking a Quality Management Analyst (QMA) to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is ideal for someone who can think both like a typical user and creatively push software to its limits—ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and execute Test Case Suites for software regression testing.
  • Participate in development team backlog planning and assess cross-product impacts.
  • Plan and update Test Suites based on development cycles.
  • Collaborate with Software Quality Specialists and Automation Test Scripters to define test conditions and data needs.
  • Oversee diverse data sets for QA testing and validate system-wide functionality.
  • Process customer data conversion verification and act as liaison between customers and programming.
  • Assist in product update file production, validation, and posting.
  • Execute database merge processes as assigned.
  • Mentor new Quality Management Analysts (for advanced roles).

What You’ll Bring:

  • A two- or four-year degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Lattice.
