Job Description  | Monitoring and maintaining of the transcript ordering process to ensure that requests are filled in a timely manner, verifying transcript production to confirm that all forms of transcripts (printed and electronic) are produced correctly, and any issues or complaints from the ordering process are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Maintain the workload to complete all work in a timely manner, and train University staff with proper procedure to print transcripts.

Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff and alumni with general questions regarding the transcript process or who encounter with issues during the ordering process and monitor transcript department email to answer questions regarding the transcript ordering process and specific orders.

Assist in the processing of D/F repeats and grade changes according
to institutional policy.

Maintain academic history by completing regular record audits to confirm that all records are accurate and complete, assisting in digitizing pre-banner academic records, and maintaining all COGS records.

Assist with third party reporting.

Assist with processes as needed, student registration, and apostille certifications.

Assist with other office duties as required. These include, but are not limited to, assisting with graduation ceremonies, countdown to commencement, end of term grade processing, orientation, and other special projects.
