Team Overview
Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchoolâs human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organizationâs global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.

Description
The Talent Acquisition team develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. The team works cross-functionally with business leaders and PX to ensure we find the right talent for the organization.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Manage full life-cycle recruitment
- Consult with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop relationships, and communicate with them through the recruitment processÂ
- Source and screen potential candidates and move them through our interview processÂ
- Leverage data to develop strategic staffing plans and drive decision makingÂ
- Ensure a positive candidate experienceÂ
- Manage and work on multiple impactful projectsÂ

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Comfortable in all aspects of recruiting, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, working with business leaders, working with other HR team members, etcÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience using Applicant Tracking SystemsÂ
- Fungibility and interest in working on different types of role profilesÂ
- Ability to manage time efficiently and balance multiple competing prioritiesÂ
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $69,200 - $86,500 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
