Contract Recruiter
Kajabi is looking for a talented Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. This role is pivotal in supporting Kajabi’s mission of helping ambitious creators become successful entrepreneurs by recruiting top talent across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Programs, you will own a req load including roles from Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience. You will dive in quickly to support active needs and work to close long standing requisitions while opening new roles from their inception. Your customer obsession, urgency to act, and talent for building relationships will make you a vital part of our growth story.
The impact you will make:
- Own the sourcing, assessment, candidate interview preparation, and closing approaches of top tier talent across critical functions.
- Proactively build and maintain pipelines of passive talent through research, outreach, referrals, and networking while ensuring the candidate pool continues to reflect the diversity of our teams.
- Serve as a brand ambassador giving every candidate an exceptional experience through tailor outreach reflecting Kajabi’s culture and unique company mission.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on role requirements and sourcing strategy, and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams including People Ops, Finance, and department leads to support hiring initiatives and maintain alignment across functions.
- Maintain clean and accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Track key sourcing metrics and share insights to inform and evolve our recruiting strategy
Attributes for Success
- 4+ years of in-house hands on sourcing and recruiting experience in high-growth companies.
- 3+ years working with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep sourcing expertise identifying and engaging passive talent using a variety of tools and creative methods.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple business-critical functions including Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing.
- Track record of building cross-functional consultative relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, and hiring managers.
- Ability to influence outcomes and build trust quickly while advising hiring managers, balancing competing priorities, and influencing outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build trust quickly and keep everyone aligned - Highly organized and detail-oriented with a data-informed approach to recruiting.

- Experience with candidates in the creator economy
- Experience supporting B2B/SaaS companies
In-Office Requirement Statement
We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times a quarter and therefore is best situated in the Western Time zones.
