In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel across the state and country to recruit the next generation of pharmacy professionals.

What You’ll Do Inspire prospective students by showcasing the exciting academic, career, and professional opportunities available through the USC College of Pharmacy. Create compelling recruitment materials—from educational resources to innovative marketing content—that bring our programs and student experience to life. Build meaningful partnerships with schools, organizations, community groups, and other key stakeholders to expand awareness of pharmacy education and career pathways. Turn connections into opportunities by identifying creative ways to reach and engage students who may be interested in pharmacy careers. Track recruitment efforts and outcomes, using data and student feedback to measure success, identify opportunities, and continuously improve recruitment strategies. Represent the College of Pharmacy with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping students discover their potential.

Job Duty  | Recruit prospective students into the USC College of Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs. Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including open houses, regional presentations, orientation programs, career days, prospective student tours, etc. Prepare, train and support the efforts of recruitment partners including student ambassadors, alumni ambassadors, faculty, and other staff.
