The Regional Growth Partner is responsible for driving enrollment growth and retention across a portfolio of campuses by serving as a strategic partner and hands-on supporter in marketing, admissions, outreach, and enrollment health. This role bridges the gap between HQ strategy and campus execution, helping campuses attract, convert, and retain students through effective growth initiatives, data-driven methods, and community engagement. A critical part of the role is instilling a sales mindset within campus teams—building comfort and confidence with outreach, enrollment conversations, and closing skills—so that every campus can move families from interest to commitment with clarity and care. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who combines marketing expertise, enrollment management skills, and a data-informed approach with a coach’s mentality, empowering campus teams to adopt growth-oriented habits and achieve ambitious enrollment and retention goals.
The Regional Growth Partner will:
- Advance portfolio health by serving as a key strategic partner to the Regional Director, ensuring campus-level growth efforts contribute to overall regional enrollment and retention goals.
- Drive conversion and retention by partnering with campus teams to strengthen admissions conversations, follow-ups, and drop-save efforts—sometimes stepping in directly to model or support.
- Support goal achievement by helping campuses set ambitious enrollment and retention targets, co-developing clear action plans, and actively contributing to their execution.
- Build and implement admissions systems by taking a hands-on role in launching campuses, developing admissions processes, training new teams, and ensuring consistency in inquiry handling, consultations, and follow-ups across the portfolio.
- Elevate pipeline practices by auditing inquiries, coaching sales habits, and participating in enrollment conversations that build team confidence and consistency.
- Grow inquiries locally by adapting HQ campaigns, co-creating region-specific initiatives, and joining campuses in community outreach, events, and open houses.
- Spark creative growth solutions by collaborating with campuses to generate new ideas, pilot better systems, and share innovative practices across the region.
- Build strong partnerships by providing regular in-person support, fostering trust with campus teams, and representing regional needs and opportunities to HQ.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, education, or 3+ years experience in a related role with an emphasis on customer success and retention
- Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills; ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and time-management.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and campuses simultaneously.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
