Regional Marketing Specialist Full Description

Discovery Education is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Specialist to help execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in support of regional sales priorities. This role works closely with sales and operations to implement regional and field marketing programs through strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and a focus on flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing structure to creative projects, and is eager to grow their skills across digital marketing, events, and analytics.
In This Role You Will:
Campaign and Program Execution
• Support execution of regional marketing campaigns across channels, including email, paid media, direct mail, and webinars.
• Coordinate creative requests, asset delivery, and campaign setup across cross-functional teams
• Manage campaign set-up, testing, and tracking within marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Assist in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to inform optimization and scaling decisions.
Events and Project Management
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, webinars, and owned events—including registration setup, collateral preparation, and post-event reporting.
• Handle vendor coordination and onsite or virtual event support
• Track event attendance, engagement, and lead follow-up coordination with sales.
Content & Field Enablement Coordination
• Collaborate cross-functionally to source, edit, and proof localized or campaign-specific content (emails, landing pages, presentations, and promotional materials).
• Maintain shared campaign calendars, asset libraries, and timelines for visibility across teams.
• Support translation of high-level marketing themes into localized executions tailored for different regions or audiences.
Data & Reporting
• Track and summarize campaign metrics, event ROI, and lead flow in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
• Help ensure data integrity and consistency across marketing systems and dashboards.
• Provide regular updates and insights on campaign or event performance to support decision-making and optimization.

Credentials and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or campaign operations (internship or full-time)

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/automation platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools like Asana
• Advanced skills in data interpretation and marketing performance analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially when engaging senior leadership
• Strong project management skills with a process-oriented mindset
• Thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Potential travel for team off-sites, conferences, or in-person planning sessions as needed.
