Description
As a Regional Partnership Executive, you will drive net-new growth and expand Riverside Insights’ impact across the West Coast territory, including Alaska, California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii. In this role, you will acquire new district partnerships and connect educators with research-backed solutions that uncover the unique strengths and challenges of every learner. By aligning assessment and student wellness tools to district priorities, you will help grow the potential in every student and empower educators to make data-driven decisions that improve outcomes.
You will join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on building strong district relationships and delivering measurable impact. This role requires strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a passion for helping schools meet evolving needs.
Applicants must reside in one of the following states: California, Washington, or Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new district partnerships and expand Riverside’s footprint in the territory.
- Drive adoption of Riverside products through consultative selling and alignment with district initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting in CRM systems.
- Engage in strategic account planning and execute disciplined sales processes.
- Represent Riverside at conferences and events to build awareness and generate opportunities.
- Present and meet with school district personnel across the territory 3–5 days per week.
- Work cross-functionally with Professional Learning and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth implementation and scale.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of successful EdTech sales experience.
- Background in Curriculum & Instruction; Assessment experience is a plus.
- Proven success in acquiring new business and managing complex district sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to position solutions tied to district priorities and demonstrate ROI.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Team player with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former education experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Riverside products such as CogAT, DESSA, ESGI, Iowa, and EasyCBM.
- Experience in consultative selling and moving from pilot to scale.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Physical Requirements
- Remote work environment.
- Travel 50%–70% for district visits, conferences, and presentations.
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $85,000-$105,000 plus competitive sales incentive. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
