Advertising/Posting Title  | Regional Program Coordinator
Posting Summary  | Together with the Director of CMIE, provides leadership and oversight for the Continuing Medical and Interprofessional Education (CMIE) program, including the development and coordination of ongoing educational activities for internal and external medical faculty and staff. Serves as a resource on continuing education processes across multiple disciplines and reviews and approves more than 100 annual activities for continuing education credit. Ensures compliance with national accreditation standards and manages reporting to accrediting organizations including the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of administrative experience required. Supervisory or management experience required. Conference Coordination/Event planning skills is required. Effective organizational skills, attentive to detail, effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently. Proficiency with MS Office Suite required.

Desirable Qualifications  | Knowledge of Joint Accreditation (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE) requirements desirable. Knowledge of medical specialties is desirable.

Anticipated Pay Range  | $67,000 - $71,500
Other Information  | A four-month probationary period is required.
Special Conditions  | Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), Travel to and from worksites required, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
