Description
Do you take pride in getting things right the first time? Are you someone who values structure, precision, and consistency? We’re looking for a focused and reliable LMS Developer to help us create and maintain accurate, well-organized training materials that support our growing legal team.

This is a remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) that follows U.S. Eastern Time business hours. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear expectations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop structured training modules in our LMS (we use Cypher)
  • Build accurate quizzes and interactive elements aligned with learning goals
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, consistent, and error-free
  • Follow defined standards and processes to maintain uniformity
  • Collaborate with our Director of L&D on updates and revisions
  • Help improve efficiency in how knowledge is delivered and tracked

Please note: This position will be hired through Upwork, so candidates must have an active Upwork profile. The posted rate is $10/hour before Upwork fees, which typically range from 10–15%. Your effective hourly rate after fees will be approximately $8.50–$9.00/hour.

Requirements
