Job Summary
Dr. Olufunmilola Abraham seeks a Research Program Manager Associate to manage the Collaborative Research on MEdication use & family health (CRoME) team research programs including scopes of work, deliverables, timelines, and performance.

The Research Program Manager Associate will:
  • oversee general CRoME research team needs, including:
    • assuring team members have functional equipment and resources necessary to complete their work
    • working with the IRB to prepare, submit, and obtain necessary IRB approvals
proactively identify next steps for program deliverables, communicate deadlines and requirements to program team, and oversee meeting of deadlines troubleshoot delays and recommend solutions to PI support the supervision of the CRoME research team train newly hired staff in study and university protocols oversee staff maintenance of up-to-date human subjects certification, responsible code of conduct certification, and other study-related trainings manage workload of the CRoME research team staff and collaborate with shared staff responsibilities as applicable initiate and manage community partner involvement in the CRoME research team programs cultivate relationships with new partners and maintain relationships with existing partners assist with maintaining and setting up Community Advisory Boards (CABs) manage regular meetings with CAB members
