| Job Description Summary: | This senior-level position provides comprehensive support for research programs, including pre-award and post-award management. It makes policy and procedural recommendations with authority to implement changes, maintains fiscal responsibility by managing budgets and compliance timelines, and engages with GW stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency. Serving as the primary liaison to investigators, the Research Program Manager, SMHS position oversees day-to-day operations and contributes directly to grant administration to support research success. Responsibilities include:

| Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 3 years of relevant professional experience. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
