This role involves leading residential student success strategies, managing support initiatives in residence halls and student success centers, supervising a large student staff team, and fostering student engagement through inclusive programming that connects residential students to academic resources.
Highlights
Lead implementation of residential student success strategies and events.
Oversee daily operations of success centers and learning spaces.
Supervise approximately 80 student staff employees.
Manage student success and retention initiatives.
Plan and facilitate events and residential curriculum development.
Handle space, facilities, budget, resource management, and technology systems administration.
Conduct administrative coordination, assessment, data analysis, and reporting.
Required software knowledge includes familiarity with student success platforms such as EAB Navigate.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience in academic support services or related roles, plus strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
