Core Responsibilities
Our team key objectives are to:
- Increase focus on integrating with local markets (US, CA, MX).
- Grow LEGO Retail footprint through expansion and optimization of portfolio of stores.
- Execute the LEGO Retail Global Marketing Plan with excellence.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to optimally drive footfall and increase traffic to our LEGO Retail stores.
- Capture local opportunities, devise mechanic for contingency and ensure fast local response.
You will contribute to this through:
- Collaborate with Retail Marketing Managers to accomplish marketing plans for LEGO® Stores and LEGO.com.
- Facilitate the execution of experiential activities instore to build awareness and engagement with our brand and channels (e.g., Make & Takes, In-store Workshops, Passport Program) for families and kids.
- Contribute to retail marketing program development, including briefing in-store and eCommerce campaigns, and collaborating with creative and media agencies to move to execution.
- Assist marketing team in Americas by coordinating schedules, leading store relations, crafting guides, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
- Supervise proximity marketing for LEGO Brand Retail stores by running our Mall Marketing partner (Engagement Agents), calendar management, and the development and delivery of assets to support key campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Analyze and organize insights and data to advise in-store marketing development and execution.
- Manage processes for month-end and year-end close for the Americas Regional Marketing budget.
- Adapt independently across campaigns and team responsibilities as needed.
- Champion the execution of the global marketing plan and calendar of activity for LEGO Retail in the Americas (AMS), serving as an ambassador for activities across other LEGO Group Business Units.
Play your part in our team succeeding
This role sits in the LEGO Retail Americas Regional Marketing team which falls within the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) team within LEGO Retail. You will join a team of other marketeers whose role it is to deliver and complete marketing campaigns within our region, driving both traffic and conversion for our LEGO Retail Stores and LEGO.com.
We deliver the ultimate brand experience for our shoppers and work closely with Store Operations to ensure a strong execution in-store as well as with the LEGO.com team to optimize the traffic going to eCommerce.
In addition, we partner with our Brand teams to integrate into local activity and ensure tight-knit collaboration across the business.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing preferred.
- Hands on experience in developing in store and event material and activations including working with external agencies for design, production and execution.
- Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management and marketing logistics.
- Relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic, fast running cross-functional team.
- Skilled at championing connections and working collectively across various departments and business divisions.
- Strong attention to details with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with running processes through tools like Microsoft Excel preferred.

Hybrid working model
This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
