The Field Marketing Team at Risepoint is a diverse group of professionals with specialized expertise in healthcare, K-12 education, and business industries. We serve as trusted representatives of our university partners, working directly within local communities to build meaningful connections with prospective students and organizations.
As the outward-facing presence of our partners, we craft and implement tailored outreach strategies at the local, state, and regional levels. These strategies are designed not only to strengthen brand recognition, but also to cultivate long-term relationships that drive enrollment growth and open access to new audiences.
Our team focuses on expanding opportunities through two key approaches:
• B2B relationship building: Establishing and nurturing partnerships with schools, employers,
and community organizations to create sustainable pipelines for student engagement.
• Field recruitment activities: Delivering personalized, face-to-face engagement that ensures
prospective students understand the value and opportunities available through our university
partners.
Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for recruiting qualified students into the online nursing degree programs at Southern Utah University (SUU).
You’ll play a key role in growing the SUU brand throughout the state of Utah and contiguous states, by building partnerships with hospitals, community colleges, nursing associations, and other organizations within the healthcare industry. Through these partnerships, you will promote the online degrees offered through SUU and recruit prospective students into the programs. We are seeking a professional with experience in business development, sales, or the healthcare industry who is passionate about higher education and understands the value of advanced degree
programs.
Externally, you will collaborate with nursing leaders, healthcare administrators, community college directors and instructors, as well as various other organizational leaders to consistently conduct sales presentations for prospects and leverage healthcare partnerships to host events. You will also secure initial and ongoing meetings and conduct strategic and effective sales presentations
with healthcare facilities to cultivate existing accounts and to generate new business.
Internally, you will work closely with field leaders, integrated marketing, student success center, and managing directors to share market insights, territory strategy and development, successes and challenges with accounts, and report on recruitment activities and achievement of monthly KPIs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Description:
- Strategic Thinking: Expand knowledge of regional and national programmatic and workforce trends and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Achieve Monthly KPIs: Consistently achieve monthly lead, application, and enrollment goals by organizing and facilitating 15 recruitment activities each month, including 10 in-person events.
- Programmatic Knowledge: Through on boarding and continuous training, expand knowledge of healthcare and industry related programs offered through SUU. Understand the program values, benefits, and key selling points, and develop a deep understanding of the higher education landscape within the healthcare vertical.
- Territory Ownership: Operate independently in a remote environment, holding yourself accountable for daily/weekly/monthly activities that deliver on expanding SUU’s footprint within the healthcare vertical throughout the assigned territory.
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Possess the ability to connect with healthcare leaders/workers at all levels, building lasting employer relationships that drive performance and grow enrollments for SUU’s online programs.
- Positive Attitude: Be a positive influence both internally and externally, with a high desire to meaningfully impact lives through the power of higher education and align with Risepoint’s REACH values on a daily basis.
- Collaborator: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize field marketing strategies and measure campaign performance.

- Must reside in the state of Utah, preferably in the Salt Lake City metro ar
- Must be willing to travel throughout assigned territory (up to 90%)
