We are seeking an experienced RFP and Adoptions Submission Manager to lead and grow our talented team of State Adoptions and RFP Writers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in K-12 Core Curriculum adoptions and RFPs, a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for leveraging AI and innovating tools to elevate submissions.  This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every deliverable is compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned.

You will...
  • Lead state adoption submissions and RFP responses from end to end
  • Ensure all deliverables are compliant, high-quality, and submitted on time
  • Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Act as a player-coach: directly manage a portfolio of submissions while mentoring and guiding the team
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging

What we're looking for...
  • 5+ years experience managing a high performance team of adoption and RFP specialists in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
  • Deep expertise in K-12 Core Curriculum Adoptions submissions and RFPS
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building abilities: proven ability to work with executive level stakeholders
  • Proven operational excellence: able to build project plans, track deadlines, and manage complex workflows without dropping details
  • Demonstrated nterest in leveraging AI tools to improve submission quality and efficiency
  • High proficiency with common business software and ability to quickly learn new platforms

  • Prior experience managing submissions for large urban school districts: New York City, Dallas, LA, etc.
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
