About the Role 
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the North America region in a fully remote capacity, you’ll play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to O’Reilly’s innovative learning solutions. Salary Range: $49,000 - $91,000 = $23.56/hr - $43.75/ hr
 
What You’ll Do 
  • Perform personalized account and contact research to identify relevant, high-value prospects
  • Craft strategic and compelling outbound messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives to build qualified pipeline and move opportunities through early funnel stages
  • Continuously test outreach messaging, templates, and sequences to improve conversion rates
    Share best practices with team members and contribute to our culture of experimentation and growth
 
What You’ll Have 
 
Required: 
  • 1+ years of B2B sales development experience
  • Experience prospecting within mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Confidence in outbound Multi-Channel Prospecting: phone, email, and social, no fear of picking up the phone
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for learning and curiosity that aligns with O’Reilly’s values

Preferred:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong
  • Familiarity with an E-Learning platform is a plus
